First WOD starts at 8am sharp team captains only to come to rego table opens 7am 1st WOD Explanation 7:30am. T Shirts will be handed out then.

Plenty of undercover areas to chill, Heaps of parking, Paleo BBQ.
Spectators welcome , Bring Shade and a chair you can set up right next to the WOD area for a ringside veiw.
